2025 Special Awards Program

The Northern California PGA is proud to celebrate the remarkable individuals who exemplify excellence in our industry. Each year, the NCPGA Special Awards honor PGA Professionals and industry leaders who go above and beyond - in their clubs, communities, and across the Section.

If you were nominated Congratulations this is your opportunity to shine a spotlight on outstanding leadership, dedication, innovation, and service.

To be considered for this award, you must complete and submit the corresponding online application. The deadline to submit your application(s) is midnight on July 14th.

Please read the following instructions carefully before beginning your application:

How to Complete Your Application

  1. Log in to OpenWater
    Click here to log in or create a new account

  2. Select the Award Application
    Choose the award(s) listed above from the dropdown menu. Only submit applications for awards you’ve been nominated for.

  3. Complete and Submit
    Fill out the required fields and click “Save and Submit” to finalize. To save your progress and return later, click “Save.”

  4. Submit Additional Applications
    If nominated for more than one award, click here to start another application.

  5. Track Your Progress
    Visit “My Applications” from the left-hand menu to view your submissions.

    • In Progress applications can still be edited and submitted before the deadline.

    • Complete applications have been officially submitted and can no longer be changed.

    • Submit additional applications as needed. If you have been nominated for multiple awards, click here to start your next application.

    • To view any of your saved applications, click on "My Applications" in the menu found on the left of your screen. "In Progress" applications have yet to be submitted. You may edit and submit these applications any time before the deadline. "Complete" applications have been officially submitted and can not be edited.
