Submit a Application:  To submit a application form, you must click “Save and Submit” at the bottom of the completed form. Or click “Save” if you are not ready to submit the application form yet. 

Confirmation:  You will receive a confirmation email for each nomination you submit. If you have any issues receiving a confirmation email, make sure to check your spam/junk folder. Contact the Section office if you are still having trouble.

NOMINATION DEADLINE:

November 10th, 2023 at 11:59pm

AWARD APPLICATION DEADLINE:

February 9th, 2024 at 11:59pm

NEXT STEP:

The Awards Committee will review the award nominations that are submitted.
